How do I place my order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method, and place your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
How will I know that my order is placed successfully?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your order details and order number. If you don’t see it, check your spam/promotions folder.
How do I receive my order?
We ship your order directly to the shipping address provided at checkout via our trusted courier partners.
I tried placing my order... What should I do?
Don’t worry — in such cases, your amount will usually be auto-refunded within 5–7 working days. If not, drop us a mail at support@sooon.store with your transaction ID.
How should I check the status of my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order in the ‘My Orders’ section if you have an account.

Is it safe to shop online using debit card, credit card, or net banking?
Absolutely. Our payment partners use industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your data safe and secure.
Why am I not getting a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
COD may be disabled for your pincode, for high-value orders, or during promotional drops. You can always use prepaid options for quicker dispatch.
Are there any hidden charges?
None. What you see at checkout is what you pay — inclusive of all taxes. Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Try again after checking your payment details or use an alternate method. If it fails again, contact your bank or email us for help.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We usually dispatch within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines: Metro Cities: 2–5 working days, Non-Metro Areas: 5–9 working days.
When will my products on pre-order be shipped?
Pre-order timelines vary by drop. Estimated shipping dates will be mentioned on the product page itself.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped. You can also track it in your SOOON account.
What if my order is undelivered?
If undelivered due to address issues or unavailability, our team will contact you for redelivery. If undelivered after multiple attempts, the order will be returned and refunded (prepaid only).
