Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order in cases of incorrect size received, defective items, or if the product received is different from what was ordered.

Important Details:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 2 weeks after the return is received and approved at our warehouse.

  • All products are shipped from India to ensure the highest quality. Please note Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Any missing accessories, damage, or visible signs of wear may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact our support team at: sooonclothing@gmail.com with a subject line Return,
  • Mention your order number and the reason for return in the message.
  • Pack your item securely. Use original packaging when possible.
  • Ship your return to the address that will be provided, once you sent us the email for return.

Note: Do not ship via freight collect (unpaid shipping) — such packages will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Items bought during Sale Events or Flash Sales are not eligible for return.
Also not eligible: , Innerwear, personal care products, and accessories (like sunglasses, watches, and jewelry) are non-returnable due to hygiene and other related reasons.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to delay the refund until the returned items are received and inspected.

  • No additional fees are charged for issuing the refund.

Return Deadline & Condition

  • You must ship the returned goods within 14 days after notifying us of the return.

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

  • If the product shows signs of use beyond basic inspection, you may be held responsible for loss in value.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.

  • To cancel, please email  sooonclothing@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may still return the item as per the return policy.
