PRE-ORDERS

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is specially produced or stocked for you. Due to the nature of pre-orders, cancellations, refunds, or order modifications are not permitted once the order has been placed.

- With all tags and packaging intact

REGULAR ORDERS
We offer a 3-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong product

We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/customized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size or product, we recommend requesting an exchange (subject to stock availability).
Exchange requests must meet all return eligibility conditions.
STORE CREDIT & REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your return.
If approved:
- Customers will receive a store credit or coupon code equal to the value of the returned product.
- Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.
- Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website valid till 6 months.
Please allow up to 5–7 business days after inspection for the store credit or coupon code to be issued.

COURIER BAG & PACKAGING POLICY
To maintain hygiene standards and prevent misuse, the original courier bag and packaging must be preserved carefully.
Important Guidelines
- Please open your parcel carefully using scissors along the sealed edge.
- Do not completely tear, destroy, or discard the courier bag.
Return Eligibility Requirement
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
- The original courier bag is provided
- The packaging is not excessively torn or damaged
Returns may be rejected if:
- The courier bag is missing
- The packaging has been heavily damaged or destroyed
